Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem is the seller on the transaction: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT wherever you are, and its name is the one that appears on your statement and on your receipt. Caelix Software makes the software; Creem sells it to you.
We never see or hold your card details.
Paid versions are unlocked with a licence key, emailed to you by Creem when the payment completes. A key is yours to keep. It is checked when you enter it, and occasionally afterwards, to confirm it is still valid.
A key may be activated on a limited number of browsers, stated at the point of purchase. If you run out of activations because a machine was replaced or a browser profile was rebuilt, write to us and we will free them up.
If a licence check cannot reach our server, the paid features keep working. A failed request is never treated as a failed licence.
If a paid version does not do what its listing said it does, write to us within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back. No form and no argument. Refunds are issued through Creem, back to the payment method you used.
A refunded licence key stops working. That is the only thing a refund changes; nothing recorded on your own machine is touched by it.
These extensions are tools, and they run inside a browser on websites we do not control. A site can change its layout, block automated reading, or go down. Where an extension depends on reading a page, it can stop working for reasons entirely outside our hands — the extensions are built to say so plainly when that happens rather than to fail quietly.
Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and the software is provided as it is, without a warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.
Each extension has its own privacy policy setting out exactly what it stores. In every case the answer is that it stays on your own computer. Those policies are the binding statement; this page does not override them.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
